These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the sx555 platform, including all casino games, sports betting, payment services, and associated features. Please read this Agreement carefully before registering or placing any bets. By creating an account or continuing to use sx555, you unconditionally accept these terms in their entirety.
You must be 18 or older to register and play.
Players are responsible for compliance with local laws.
One account per person. Duplicate accounts are prohibited.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register an account or place any Bet on sx555. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. sx555 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or close accounts where this requirement is not satisfied.
2.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located or resident. sx555 does not represent that the Platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction, including Pakistan. Players who access the Platform from jurisdictions where such activity is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and legal liability.
2.3 Registration Accuracy. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You agree to update your details promptly if they change. sx555 may verify the information you provide at any time. Accounts opened with false information are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any Balance therein.
2.4 Single Account Policy. Each natural person may hold only one Account on sx555. Opening multiple accounts – whether under the same or different details – constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of funds.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP with any third party. sx555 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.
3.2 KYC Verification. sx555 applies a tiered KYC verification process. Full withdrawal access is contingent on submission and approval of valid identity documents, including a Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) and proof of address. Documents must be genuine and unaltered. Submission of forged or altered documents constitutes fraud and will be reported to relevant authorities.
3.3 Account Inactivity. Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. sx555 reserves the right to levy a monthly administrative fee on dormant account balances after prior notice, in accordance with the applicable fee schedule published on the Platform.
4.1 Accepted Methods. sx555 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per method and are displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform.
4.2 Currency. All account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of credit. sx555 is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits or methods verified under your KYC profile. sx555 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed where active bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding.
4.4 Processing Times. Withdrawal processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes to four (4) hours. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days. Delays may occur during enhanced verification reviews.
4.5 Suspicious Transactions. sx555 operates anti-money-laundering controls. Deposits or withdrawals that trigger risk indicators may be held pending review. You agree to cooperate with any investigation and to provide documentation as requested within the timeframes stipulated.
5.1 General. Bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion's terms prevail for that offer.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bet restrictions are stated in each promotion's terms. Playing table games, live dealer games, or placing sports bets may contribute at a reduced percentage toward wagering requirements as specified.
5.3 Abuse. sx555 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim Bonus Funds where it reasonably determines that promotional terms have been abused, that Bets have been placed with the intention of qualifying for a bonus without genuine gaming intent, or that multiple accounts have been used to exploit an offer.
6.1 Finality of Results. All game and sports betting results determined by the sx555 Platform are final once a round or event has concluded, subject to any technical error review described below. Cricket betting results, including in-play Bets affected by DLS method recalculations or match abandonment, are settled in accordance with the specific sporting rules displayed in the sportsbook.
6.2 Technical Errors. In the event of a malfunction, software error, or communications failure that affects game integrity or results, sx555 reserves the right to void affected Bets and return stakes to player Balances. No compensation is payable in respect of such voids beyond the return of the original stake.
6.3 Minimum & Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game, table, and event. These are displayed within the game interface or sportsbook prior to placing a Bet. sx555 may adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sx555 Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:
8.1 Commitment. sx555 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, reality checks, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are available within your account settings at no charge.
8.2 Self-Exclusion. If you wish to exclude yourself from sx555, you may request a temporary cooling-off period of between twenty-four (24) hours and thirty (30) days, or a permanent self-exclusion. Permanent self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours and are irreversible. During any exclusion period, you must not attempt to open a new account. 8.3 Underage Gaming Prevention. sx555 employs age verification controls at registration and KYC stage. Any attempt to circumvent these controls is a serious breach of this Agreement and applicable law.
All content on the sx555 Platform – including software, game assets, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and interface design – is the property of sx555 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from sx555.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sx555 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
10.2 sx555's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 sx555 does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and is not liable for losses arising from downtime, maintenance periods, or third-party service failures including but not limited to payment processor outages.
sx555 may suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines – in its sole discretion – that you have breached this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent activity, or that continued operation of your Account creates a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to the Platform. Upon closure, any verified real-money Balance net of outstanding wagering requirements will be returned to you via your registered payment method, unless the closure is a consequence of fraud or material breach, in which case sx555 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation.
sx555 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory obligation. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.
This Agreement shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sx555 is licensed and incorporated. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through the sx555 complaint procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits sx555's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
